What Race Season is

Race Season is a season planner and race-day companion for HYROX athletes. It helps you keep track of the races you plan to enter and the travel you've booked for them.

Race Season does not book travel, sell race tickets, or take payments for travel. It is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by HYROX.

Your account

• You sign in with Google or with a code we email you. Keep access to your email account secure, because anyone who can read your email can sign in to Race Season as you.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Race Season.
• The details you give us must be accurate, and each account is for one person.

Plans and payment

• Race Season has a free plan and paid plans: the Season Pass and the Founding Member plan. What each plan includes and costs is shown on our Pricing page.
• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you buy a paid plan, you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms.
• Paid plans are annual subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each year until you cancel. Founding Member pricing stays the same for as long as your subscription stays active. If it ends, it can't be restarted at that price.
• You can cancel at any time. Your paid plan continues until the end of the year you've paid for, then your account moves to the free plan.
• If we change the price of a paid plan, we'll tell you at least 30 days before the change applies to your next renewal.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Your content

• The races, travel details, lists and notes you add are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Race Season for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• If you add details about other people, such as doubles or relay partners, you're responsible for having their permission.
• You can delete any race at any time, or delete your account and everything in it.

Features that read your bookings

The paste feature reads booking confirmation emails you paste in, and hotel suggestions use AI to suggest places to stay near a venue. Both can make mistakes. Always check flight times, dates, hotel details and wave times against your actual bookings and the official race information. Race Season's checklists and warnings are there to help you, not to guarantee that nothing is missed.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• Try to access another person's account or data.
• Interfere with the app, overload it, or try to get around the free plan's limits or the paid features.
• Use automated tools to copy data from the app.
• Use Race Season for anything illegal.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

Links to other services

Race Season links to other services, such as official race pages, results sites, maps and ride apps. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for them.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Race Season running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. If we make a change that significantly reduces what a paid plan includes, we'll tell you first, and you can cancel and ask for a refund for the unused part of your plan.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may close an account that breaks these terms. If we close Race Season altogether, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice, a way to export your races, and a refund for any unused part of a paid plan.

Disclaimers and limits on liability

Race Season is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as missed flights, missed races, extra travel costs or entry fees. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Race Season after that, the updated terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. If you live somewhere whose consumer laws give you more protection, those protections still apply.
