Billing questions
What currency are prices in?
US dollars. Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout, depending on where you live.
Does my plan renew?
Yes. The Season Pass and Founding Member plans renew automatically each year. You can cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the year you've paid for.
What happens to my races if I go back to Free?
Nothing is hidden or deleted. You keep every race you've already added. You just can't add a second upcoming race until you upgrade again.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you're not happy, ask within 14 days of any payment for a full refund. See our Refund Policy.
Who processes payments?
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
